All our licenses count with one year of standard support , including fixes if needed and regular updates of the software, by licensing the plugins you get the Official Users Guide in PDF format and our team answering your email queries in less than 24h, only one user per license is allowed for sending queries, even for floating ones. For repporting bugs, step by step procedures to reproduce the problem are needed and adding a example scene helps a lot to understand the issue.
Standard support doesnt include queries about modifying or extending the plugins using scripting or SDKs, that would be posible under a custom support agreement only.
After one year you can extend your support period by upgrading your licenses to latest version or purchasing new ones.
